Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
*** There are Banking Courts as well as Banking Motasib Pakistan in the country. Please advise for resolution/decisions of complaints regarding banking matters/banks financial frauds where a bank account holder should go either Banking Court of Banking Mohtasib. Moreover, in the recent Wafaqi Mohtasib reforms promulgated by the president of Pakistan and bill passed by the National Assembly, Wafaqi Mohtasib has been made more powerful as against their decision Appeal can only be filed with President of Pakistan instead of High Court or Supreme Court of Pakistan. In the current stated scenario, is there any need of Banking Courts when Banking Mohtashib has been made much powerful.

there is huge difference b/w court and mohtasib, infact a speedy remedy at cheaper price is provided by creation of banking mohtasib but banking court has its own importance banking has some exclusive jurisdition for which banking mohtasib cannot.
