Legal Question in Banking Law in United Kingdom
Barclays has bought over ING direct, I do not want to be a mortgage customer of Barclays bank. I did not sign up to be a customer of Barclays. I find them incompetent. I want to move my mortgage to another lender but have a 4.1% redemption fee. Can I get out of this?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should issue a waiver request, but I personally have my doubts whether you can get away without settling the redemption fee to Baexlays.
Regards,
