Any body can withdraw amount throw self pay cheque or only account holder ? Please update me with evideance.

1) What evidences do u need? What are the facts and documents?
2) Bearer cheque is always a bearer cheque can be withdrawn by holder in due course.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Anybody can withdraw money on a self cheque with the signature of the account holder on the cheque and on the reverse of the cheque.
