is it necessary that a borrower should compulsorily the residence of where his land exists, in case of kcc

Dear Sir / Madam,
The borrower is required to give his residential address as proof for Know Your Customer (KYC) norms ... it is where all the correspondence of the bank is required to be couriered / mailed to the borrower.
