Legal Question in Banking Law in India
borrower is enjoying both working capital and term loans with one bank. now they want to avail term loan with other bank.what are the charges should be extended to the second bank by the first bank

That has to be mutually negotiated between the two banks. Not your choice.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The borrower is supposed to inform the second bank of the facilities enjoyed by him with the first bank. The conditions for sanction will be decided by the second bank.
