Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My brother had first gulf bank credit card loan 12000aed in dubai.he was deported from dubai in 2009 and the payment was pending.as per law has he to repay the money ? he is deported already and not able to go to uae.his financial condition is worsen ,kindly give an advice
