Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I brought a property in 2007, which is mortgage in Dena bank .which OTS was held in 2005. And NOC is given by the bank manager.but it's property papers are not given by them. I want to bank ,please give me my paper as soon as possible

Dear Sir / Madam,
If your loan A/c with the Bank is cleared, settled and closed, you should write to the Bank to return back your original Property papers.
