Legal Question in Banking Law in India
In case of Educational loan availed by the student the stamp duty has been exempted for payment of stamp duty as per Bombay Stamp Act. In which chapter it has been stated.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Section 54 which refers to Stamp Duty on Security Bond in the following link is silent on exemption of stamp duty on educational loan for students :

However, the following link displaying Educational Loan at Bank of Maharashtra does not indicate Stamp Duty as applicable :
