In case of Hypothecation agreement ( to be executed at Bank) is there is any ceiling for payment of Stamp duty as per Maharashtra Stamp Act

Dear Sir / Madam,
The legal department of the Bank will tell you the nominal value of stamps to be affixed on the hypothecation agreement.
