Legal Question in Banking Law in
My case are pending drt , allahabad but bank get a possesion order from cmm , its possible cmm give a order already case pending in drt , allahabad in last 2 years .

DRT proceedings and SARFAESI proceedings can be simultaneous proceeded with.. File application under Sec.17 of the SARFAESI Act to the DRT and get stay of possession notice.
