Legal Question in Banking Law in India
If anyone is charged for 2 cheque bounce case, and kurki jabti done in 1 case......
And now the warrant for 2nd case has been issued. ...and the charged person is still missing.....then what will be done in 2nd case of cheque bounce.

Dear Sir / Madam,
The Court might, if it deems fit, issue an arrest warrant against the absconding person.
