what could be charges to be faced by the Bank in case of not following the written instructions issued by the Customer pertaining to their accounts?

Depends what are your instructions and to what they relate. Generally speaking you may sue the bank for damages .for further assistance you may email at [email protected]

if you have incurred some losses on account of instructions not being followed, you can go for punitive damages against the bank.
