Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Cheque is Bounced amount of rs 150000 the person who is gave me cheque is name of the bank in Surat (I received from Surat bank cheque) & i am from Valsad my bank account in valsad which cheque deposited to bank in valsad it was already bounced against what can I further process thorough Valsad Lawyer or Surat Lawyer ?
Please give me advice to this contained.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should file the recovery suit for cheque dishonour under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1938 in Valsad.
