Legal Question in Banking Law in
my cheque has bounced due to insuficiant fund in my account,cheque holer sent me a notice through a advocate,what will be the charges and punishment i will have to face?how can i get out of this problem?

Pay the amount due and purchase peace. Otherwise, you will face a fine upto double the amount of the cheque as also imprisonment upto one year in default of payment of fine.
