cheque issue date is 24.10.2017. the cheque is paid on 23.04.2018. is it valid cheque as per NI Act-1881?
would u tell how to calculate days of stale cheque?

Dear,
validity of a cheque lasts 06 (six) months from the issue date.
In your case, Cheque issued on 24.10.2017. So, it will remain valid till 24.04.2018.
