Legal Question in Banking Law in India
hi, i am having a cheque issued 01/05/2014 date, can i submit that cheque today (13/02/2014) ? Is it valid? if it is valid until when?

Dear Sir / Madam,
You cannot deposit the cheque in the bank prior to the date of the cheque i.e 01/05/2014. The cheque is valid for three months thereafter till 31/07/2014.
