Legal Question in Banking Law in
I have a cheques the date of which is expired one year before. Is the claim of mine is expired or it can be claimed through court ?

You have lost the criminal remedy (F.I.R at police station under 489-F) but still u can file recovery suit under order 37 CPC in session court for recovery of money. It is a speedy trial and u ll get your money soon.
