Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I was clerk typist in State Bank of India .In fraud case bank dismissed me in 1999 and file case against me in cbi.I am acquitted from spl.cbi court in 2013 march on benifit of doubt ground.Now bank denied my backwages.on standard proof against me.I asked bank to submit all my enquiry papers for filing case in high court.but bank refused the same.can i file case in high court.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the CBI has acquitted you from the case, the Bank is supposed to reinstate you in service with full back wages. Yes, you can file a suit against the Bank in the High Court.

You can file case against the Bank Administration.
