Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I was clerk typist in state bank of india badnera branch dist,amravati maharashtra state,in 1990 bank suspend me for preparing fraud saving bank account of pensioners and non pensioners.Bank handover case to cbi cbi frame 10 criminal charges on me and filed case in spl.cbi court amravati,in 1997.bank dismissed me in 1999 on departmental enquiry on standard proof that i dont know.in March 2013 i am acquitted from cbi court on benifit of doubt ground.now bank denied me for my back wages.I was waiting for one year if cbi can challenge it in high court of my acquittal.but cbi not approach to highcourt.my 1st question is why bank dismissed me alone as I was just acted as per my officers and only prepare vouchers.if officer does not pass the vouchers the fraud does not arise.but bank has not taken any action and all officer cashier who is now chief manager in sbi bombay.enjoying their life.2nd is can bank dismissed me before courts decision as the fraud facts are same .3rd is can i appeal in high court and can i get success if filed case against bank for geting my back wages.what time high court will take for geting me justice.4th question can i appeal in CAT.where i can get immediately result.I know that i am clerk typist and bank has taken action only on me this will be advvantage that i will get.so pl.advice me accordingly.i am now 63 yrs.and completely tired and financial problem.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You may prefer an appeal in the Mumbai High Court for restoration of your service along with back wages. Each and every Court in India has been directed to hear and decide on any case within a period of 06 (six) months from the date of filing of the case in the Court.
