Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My client has given me a cheque which has not clear due to sinature mismatch in bank please suggest me what legal action I can take against him.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should immediately request your client to give you a fresh cheque with proper signature and try to encash it. failing which you will have to file a case for cheque bouncing under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act within a month of the date of dishonour of the cheque.

Yes, it is offence against which you may take legal action against your client to know in detail about how contact with the person named here:
