in the company can any Director be involved directly UNDER PRETEXT OF THE NOTICE SERVED TO THE COMPANY without servicing SEPARATE legal notice TO THE DIRECTOR in case of return of the cheque ie 138, where service of notice is the base to initiate the lodging of complaint?

Yes, the Executive Director is deemed to be directly involved in the affairs of the Company. No separate notice to the Director is required.
