can a court of law stop payment of demand draft?

Yes, the Court of Law can pass an order to stop payment of a demand draft.

Unless a serious allegation of fraud with prima facie evidence of it is shown the Courts should not interfere in the matter and grant injunctions against the Bank restraining it to honor the documents presented by the payee or a lawful holder thereof?
