Legal Question in Banking Law in India

My cousin sister have the FD of 60000 when she is minor. My uncle and aunt both are expired so 2 other person of my village will be noted as his guardian in FD.

Now my sister is 18 and we fixed his marriage and want that money.

but the problem is that both persons who had guardian in FD they will expired.We have there Death certificates. But now Bank says that they can not give the full money to my sister

they says that they give only one third amount to my sister.

please help me

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Bank needs to have sufficient reason(s) for justifying that the payout against the Fixed Deposit is only 1/3rd i.e Rs. 20,000/- which explanation should be sought in writing by your friend writing to the concerned Branch.
