Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have credit card dues which are overdue. My payments are stuck with my clients hence not able to pay as of now. If the credit card issuing banks go to court, can I submit an affidavit in court that I will clear all dues with interest within 6 months? Will the court accept it?

It is the discretion of the court. Check yopur documents there may be an arbitration clause. In that circumstances they may get an award passed against you.
