Within how many days the case has to be filed from the dishonor of chek date
Can a summons tbe issued wrongly for eg X person who is not a propreitor and some one issues summons under NI 138 on that person is this valid

after dishouner of cheque , one must intimate through Notice to the issuer of cheque within 15 days and then if not hounered by the issuer with 15 days from the date of receipt of notice , the bearer can file complaint U/s 138 NI Act within 1 month.
