immediately seek legal help, get a restraining order from the court for the whole book/ cheques not to be negotiated by the bank if presented.also give written instructions to the concerned bank for stop payment or not negotiating in anyway possible, if any of the cheque presented.
someone has basically try to launch FIR on me through 22 a 22 b before 2 year back and now after 2 years he will come in compliance first of all i have put rit in HC and got the order to setaside order and judge have setaside the order and now he has noticed to other parties but i have not done any thing he is just try to involve me so kindly help me he says i have stolen the check book but actually i have not do any thing so please tell me the main points which i will suggest to my lawyer to arguments.
please help me regarding this he has not mentioned bank name then how can i confirm from bank that should he gave stop payment or not in this case what should i asked to judge for safe me i mean comments please

in fact my earlier reply was in the context of the person whose cheques are stolen and not for the person who has the charge of it being stolen. any way call me so we can discuss it in detail and then i might be able to suggest you somethin.
