Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear sir borrower is ready to settle the shortfall vehicle loan up to 40% can bank accept this offer or they can file civil suit recover more the actual principal amount is 390000
And I want to know that can bank seperatley file civil suit against gurantor which he doesent mortgage anything and bank can sue a guarantor without suying borrower
And how many days required file a civil suit by a banker
