dear sir my friend defalt in credit card payment bank staff call me that your referance name given when credit card apply since last 2 months i m not touch with my friend i have cell no but that is now closed why bank staff call me for this please advise me what i do

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should tell your friend that the Bank is calling you up since you have introduced your friend for non settlement of his / her credit card dues, and inform your friend to settle his / her credit card dues on a timely basis, so that you do not receive any calls in future from the Bank.
