Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir i was a lic Do and terminated before completion of 2 year period as a PDO, BM of my Branch had hold my salary as per advise of ZM for last four months ,so that i was unable to work at that time and finally terminated, was it a right way to behave with an employee of PSU.
One more thing to ask am i eligible for wage revision during period of my work ?

Dear Sir / Madam,
No establishment in India (be it a public sector undertaking or a private company) today pays commission / incentive / remuneration / salary to an employee for sitting idle without generating any business. From your query, I get a feeling that the undertaking may have given you sufficient period to perform the tasks assigned to you, before terminating your services. If you are unhappy with the decision, you may file a representation.
