Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
Agricultural Land ( Rubber Plantations ) not accepted by banks in kerala for collatteral . Can u give the right answer.

Dear Sir / Madam,
'Whenever you need financing "No" is not the right answer ... it's your cue to look for it elsewhere'. You ought to try all co-operative banks, nationalized and scheduled banks,private banks and even foreign banks including agricultural co-operative credit societies ... you will find a lender who accepts agricultural land (rubber plantation) as collateral. You may engage the services of a local Chartered Accountant in Kerala to assist you.
