Dear Sir,
Help me.........
I have purchase a bike on financed scheme and i have submit all documents according to bank requirement. its after bank not call me about my loan statement..... after 28 days i contact with dealer and then he give me bank representative number .......when i contact with this person he told me that he has not submit the documents in the bank.......and due to late for loan dealer has fined me 4000 thousand for late payment.........
Sir help me that what can i do.......i am penalized with this amount due to bank mistake.....

Sir you may write to the bank ombudsman for claiming the
damages payment to the dealer. Also, the dealer
cannot charge penalty for late loan
