Legal Question in Banking Law in
Dear sir,i have taken a car loan from a private bank .which is going to end in april 2011 but because of some circumstances my 14 emi are lapsed.now i have recieved a legal notice[summon]138 ni act & have been asked to be present in front of magistrate.i want the information regarding the consequences & the right way of settling the issue.

as because you are not paying the emi regularly they bounced your chaque regularly in this circumstances you have to face legal consequences.
