Legal Question in Banking Law in Bangladesh
Dear sir,
I am from dhanmondi. I need need healp for banking salutation. My brother was die in Philippines. He leave two children and wife. He have bd bank account. He make nominee's Bond for his both two children but still they are under 18. So my question is lawfully which prosses I can follow right now?

I don't understand actually what you want to do right now. You might want to encash the bond. Any person claiming him as the legal guardian of the children can encash the bond. Somebody, preferably, the mother of the children should take a guardianship certificate from the court. She needs to show to the court why is in need of that bond. If she satisfies the court will allow withdrawing the money for the children. The process is little bit complicated we can assist you if you feel.
