Legal Question in Banking Law in India

Dear sir

I file a case against mr. Rohit he give me 18 checques per monthly dated from 5-1-2013 to July 2014 in aprel his first cheque bounced ...after long time next month date 7 will issue arrest warrant for his...so I want to know if I not settled this case with him what will happened ...I have 320000 cheque amount due

If I not compromise with him what will make in my case.?

He will go to jail...???

If I compromise how much payment i deserved ??

I was pay 250000 at first he give me cheque 20000 per month..

Will he go to jail...if he go how many time????
