Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
I took loan from IBL for vehicle , that time bank took blank cheque to me, to unable to pay loan IBL has seased my vehicle. for last one year I'm out of Country.During this period and without my knowledge IBL has presented that cheque to the bank. The cheque has been dishonored. Now they filed case against IPC 138. I'm stile out of Country. What me have to do in this case?

compromise with the bank is best option.ask them to withdraw the 138.
