Dear Sir / Madam,
You may have to write a letter to the customer in your official capacity initiating recovery proceedings informing the customer to return back the money to the Bank, otherwise the Bank will report the matter to the Police; and safeguard yourself against the possibility of a Bank enquiry and recovery proceedings and disciplinary action being initiated by the Bank against you,
Regards,
