dear sir,

kindly tell me under sec 468 in my case i get relief or not.

fir filed on april 2007 under sec 406

bank suspended me may 2007

bank restated me feb 2009

police file chargesheet on 2008.

so please tell me under sec 468 i get relief or not. sir from 2008 i not get any notice from court. 5 years passed yet not action taken by court. tell me i forget that matter or any time court take action.

already bank punished me two increment cut punishment given by bank.

please inquire about your case by filing an RTi with the policeor you can inquire directly from the concerned police station.maybe you were served and did not appear the court could have declared you a PO.
