Dear sir/madam
I received ac payee cheque in bangalore
Can i file a complaint in gurgaon against the cheque bouncing defaulter who is staying in bangalore and bank account of defaulter is in bangalore
Please advice

Dear sir / Madam,
Yes, you can file the case for cheque bouncing under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act at Gurgaon, if that be the place, if your Bank A/c is in Gurgaon..
