I Mrs B himabindu D/O B Nagamuni retd. Head master in andhra pradesh. my father taken loan in LIC housing finance ltd. in 1994. we are ready to clear the loan but the lic employees are not ready to give any information of proper documentation closure of loan etc.,

please give proper suggestion.

Dear Mrs. B Himabindu,

Please write a letter to the Chief Information Officer at LIC Housing Finance Ltd, (LHFL) duly signed by you and your father jointly asking them to immediately furnish s Statement of Account as on date of your father's Loan transactions with them. Also mention in your letter asking the CIO to provide reasons and justification for the concerned Branch officials at LHFL not giving your father and you the necessary information. Also request in your registered speed post letter that you should receive their reply within 15 days.

1) Hv u gone direct to the branch and requested them in person to handover the statement of account copy of ur HBL a/c against which there should not be any problem. It is obligatory to periodically supply the same even without demand.

2) Send Regd letter to the branch with copies to the Higher Authorities and the Customer Grievance Cell for immediate compliance.

3) Then if is not yielding any result, u can file RTC application to the Information Officer.
