Legal Question in Banking Law in Bangladesh
Dear sir,
My brother wife is foreigner. She is non residents Bangladeshe.She is also non Muslim. My brother leave two children they are under 18. Sir Now my question is? Can she make legally guardianship paper from our bd court.

The description you gave me about your brother's wife has nothing to disqualify her appointed as the legal guardian of the children from BD court.
