Dear Sir / Madam.
Please clarify what is the full form of AOS ? In India, we have entities as an AOP - meaning an Association of Persons & BOI - meaning a Body of Individuals. Yes, it would suffice if the intimation of the deceased is conveyed to the Branch Manager of the concerned Bank or Pathpethi where the locker is held.
Regards,
