Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
*** A deceased has left two (2) legal heirs widow & minor girl aged 14 years. What would be their share in bank balance of Rs.60,000/-. Further, can based upon Bond of Indemnity funds lying in deceased's account be released to legal heirs by the bank without obtaining Court's Succession Certificate.

20 thousand to the girl, Approx 15 thousand to wife (1/8)... Rest will go to the parents of deceased and if they are not alive then to his brothers and sisters.. For more do consult at [email protected]
