Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i am defaulter of some banks for non payment of of credit card dues, due to my bad financial position sinec last 3 and half years but in past i use to use the cards and pay them timely few days ago bank employee came to my house and gave my family threat that police will come for this hlease help me

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should ascertain the exact amount payable and status of all your credit card dues with each bank till date and immediately pay the amount exceeded over limit to each bank, to avoid Police intervention.
