i AM A DEFAULTER FOR PAST 8 MONTHS I HAVE NO MONEY SO WHAT SHALL I DO AS THERE IS A BALANCE OF 90000.iS LEGALLY THE BANK CAN TAKE ANY LEGAL ACTION AND PUT ME BEHIND BARS

the bank may file a civil suit for recovery or in case case the cheque is given, a bailable offence under sec. 138 of negotiable instruments act.

in absence of any cheque given, the liability is civil. why worry about bars.
