Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Can a draft having a number of mistakes be paid merely on a certicate issued by the issuing branch that the mistake was done wrongly by them and let the paying brach pay the draft on the basis of this certificate . Or the draft has to be cancelled and a fresh corrected draft will be issued in its place and then it will be paid
