Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i have a drafting related question. In loan transactions, when one has to draft agreements for the same, how should one incorporate the facility called Credit Exposure (Forward Contracts/ Derivatives) Limit in a separate agreement. How to draft an agreement for Credit exposure Limit?
Please Help.
