Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Does the drawee name is case sensitive in case of dd demand draft. For instanace if i write payable to "JAWAHARLAL NEHRU" in place of "Jawahalal Nehru" does it makes any change??

Your use of the term drawee is incorrect. It is Payee who is the beneficiary of the draft. The name of the payee is not case sensitive. It can be in lower or uppercase.
