Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i got education loan for academic year 2008to2012 from near by INDIAN BANK, now i am unable to pay capital amount and even interest for capital i brought ... now banker urges me to pay interest monthly.. they threatening us to pay. is there any other way to get out of this? can i seek any time extension to pay capital without interest? help me....

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can seek time extension for repayment of the loan. I doubt whether the bank will waive interest for the extended period.
