Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Can we get an educational loan for a patta land? I have a land near Tambaram for which i have a patta. I want to know whether patta alone is enough or we need CMDA approval? If so, what is the time taken for CMDA approval?
Kindly help me with this.
Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you have all the necessary documents indicating your ownership of the land, you should approach the bank by applying for the educational loan and submitting copies of documents for the bank's approval. If your name appears as the owner in the district tehsildar's record, there is no need to get CMDA approval.
Regards,
