Legal Question in Banking Law in Pakistan
My father (Deceased) account has locker attached to it (Empty, nothing in there now). The account fund balance is under 40,000, but bank not giving access as per SBP circular and demanding succession certificate because of attached locker. The process of taking is time taking and expensive. Any suggestion???

Yes you need succession certificate from court declaring the successor s of deceased.

get this certificate... dont waste time. legal procedure for it is not that lengthy as you think.
